Client Fees Structure
- Tenant Finding Fee Only Half First Month’s Rent (subject
to minimum of £350)
- Rent collection only service at 6% of monthly rental
- Monthly Factoring Fee At 9.5% of Monthly Rental
- Full Inventory Fee of £80
- Lease Extension Renewal For £75
